Microcom Corporation has made significant changes to the company website (microcomcorp.com) with more development tools and easier accessibility to improve customer experience. The updates keep Microcom consistent with one of its main core values: delivering unparalleled customer service before, during, and after the sale.
The biggest changes can be seen in the product pages, downloads section, and the service section. The product pages have been completely revamped to make pertinent information more obvious to potential and existing customers so they can find what they need quickly. The downloads section now contains drivers, manuals, and new developer tools/utilities that will further improve usability and implementation of Microcom products. The service section now provides more details on the three service options available to customers.
