Marketing Specialist
Summary:
Responsible for developing and managing all aspects of company’s marketing strategy. Focus on creating,
implementing, tracking and optimizing digital and traditional marketing campaigns across various marketing
channels. Must be highly self-motivated, proactive, and have a working knowledge of current marketing
tools and strategies in order to execute successful marketing campaigns.
- Maintain and update company website using WordPress software.
- Create marketing materials for our website and other marketing platforms.
- Take photos and videos for product marketing, applications, and service purposes.
- Research and implement tactics for SEO improvement (website design, google AdWords, etc.)
- Manage social media presence to garner customer interest and create brand awareness.
- Monitor market trends, competitor strategies and market suppliers.
- Collaborate with staff to produce quality advertising material for company products and services.
- Maintain an accurate record of past campaign results to determine the most effective marketing approaches.

Production Quality Technician
Summary:
Ensure product quality by performing quality control testing and evaluation of the company’s products during production process. Complete final assembly and monitor product quality, performing defined tests to evaluate product properties and characteristics. Make decisions concerning the inspection status and/or adjustments of products or batches according to prescribed instructions and procedures. Read meters, dials, gauges and scales; operate, calibrate and maintain testing equipment.
- Uses standard measuring tools, measuring machines, and electronic instruments to perform inspections in accordance with authorized specification and quality control standards.
- Performs testing and analysis using standard or custom procedures to make accept/reject decisions.
- Remain aware of quality criteria unique to each customer and/or product requirement and inspect the parts accordingly.
- Assist in the development and implementation of end to end quality procedures and protocols.
- Implement and maintain the company’s production quality documentation, such as quality procedures, in process inspection, and both verbal and written reports.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop quality inspection plans for current and new products.
- Investigate defect root causes and implement corrective/preventative actions.
- Complete documentation needed to support testing procedures, including data capture forms, equipment logbooks, or inventory forms.
- Ensure specified electrical parts are in place on sub-assemblies and finished products.
- Insert and solder components, resistors, and capacitors to boards per drawing and/or work instructions; performing precision work under a magnifying glass.
- Apply and/or confirm labels, decals, or other identification material to sub-assemblies, assemblies, or finished product.
- Utilize product and company specific software for data and tracking purposes.
- Isolate and control nonconforming parts or components, following process for review, deviation, scrap, or rework as indicated by management.

Production Assembler
Summary:
Read and comprehend component and assembly drawings. Follow procedures and work instructions to build sub-assemblies, assemblies, and finished products. Verify assembly parts for correct dimension, quality, and quantity prior to use. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and other assembly equipment to produce high quality products.
- Sort and stage parts per drawing or work instruction needs.
- Measure, trim, and adjust parts per drawings or work instructions.
- Attach parts together with bolts, screws, clips, rings, or other fasteners.
- Operate manufacturing tools, including but not necessarily limited to, arbor presses, hand tools, fixtures, or other special machines to assist in assembly.

- Verify dimensions and clearances of parts to ensure conformance to specifications and fit, using measuring instruments as needed.

- Perform serialization duties, working with incoming or available inventory and computer program(s).

Service Manager
Summary:
Manage and complete assignments associated with the repair and/or refurbishment of all company products. Execute and ensure inventory control in Parts and Service areas. Responsible for troubleshooting, repair and customer training, and delivering direct customer service and assistance. Accountable for upgrading equipment including applicable software and hardware.
- Demonstrate advanced customer service skills, communicating clear explanation of problems to customers.
